MINT’s Online E-courses are designed to provide the aesthetics instruction you want wherever and whenever. With over 30 clinical and business courses, you’ll get an in-depth look at everything from technology to settings to post care.Â
Join Kathy Taranto and expert guests for a day of virtual training for your entire team. The day focuses on popular combination treatments, covering everything from didactic to hands-on technique to post care. One price for your whole team, this training is designed for your convenience.
The Making A Multi Million Dollar Medspa Podcast is an amazing free resource for medical and aesthetics providers. Matt and Kathy Taranto—along with industry leader guests—share best practices, interview guest experts, cover treatments and techniques, all to build your skills.Â
Hands-on Training is an in-person training option at MINT Aesthetics. The training day(s) are hosted in Kansas City at our Ward Parkway training facility. The topics covered are determined by you and your team prior to the day of training.
For clinical trainings, we organize models for you and your team to practice treatment techniques.Â
Hands-on Business Consulting is also hosted in Kansas City where you can sit in with our staff and see the processes we have implemented. You can also cover financials, hiring, and more.Â
No, all Hands-on Training (unless expressly stated) is private for your team alone.Â
Half day or combined trainings can be organized on a case-by-case basis.Â
You can bring as many people from your clinic as you like. The cost of the Hands-on Training is the same whether you have 1 person or 10.
Please note: For Clinical Hands-on training, the more people who attend, the less hands-on treatment time each trainee will get.Â
Yes, following a demonstration by the trainer, trainees will get the opportunity to practice the techniques you have learned. MINT organizes all the models for the training so you can focus on educating your team.Â
Business Consulting is an in-person day of consulting for your company. You will have access to our operational clinic to see how we operate, what processes we use and more. Your consultant will look at your menu of services, financials, and any other information you would like to share.
Our trainers and consultants are only the most qualified providers at our own clinic. They have been trained extensively on the treatments they instruct on, so you’re getting the best possible education.Â
For Business Consulting, the management team of AesthetiCare—depending on your topic of focus—will meet with you. Because they are leaders in our clinic, they have concrete, proven results of success.Â
Payment must be made prior to your day of training. If you would like to pay with a method other than by credit card, please give us a call.Â

Hands-on Training pricing begins at $3,000 for the first day and $2,000 per additional day.Â
